Goat Cheese & Honey Recipe

- 2 teaspoons – cinnamon
- 11 ounces – goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons – honey
- 3 ounces – pecans finely chopped
- 2 sprigs – rosemary finely chopped
Divide the goat cheese into 12 pieces.
In a food processor, grind the pecans into a coarse powder.
In a bowl mix the pecans and cinnamon.
In a food processor, grind the rosemary to small pieces.
Roll the goat cheese slices into balls then roll the balls in the powdered pecan powder. Gently form into patties.
Drizzle honey over the patties and sprinkle with rosemary.
Serve with crackers if desired.
