You will learn about the types of questions that you should ask in an interview, as well as the types of questions that you cannot ask. You will learn about the selection process and how to successfully plan for hiring a new employee. The course also teaches you about how to welcome a new employee to a company, how to set team goals and the five recommended conversations with a new employee.
