This Physical Education course continues our Phys Ed training. The course outlines the various coaching styles and techniques, influences on fitness, motivational factors, injuries, sports psychology and the role of the coach.

The course will be of interest to physical education teachers, students studying for a qualification in health or fitness, trainers or managers in fitness, health or sports related activities, and any sports man or woman interested in coaching styles and techniques.
