Next you will be introduced to OneDrive for Business, you will learn about what OneDrive is and how to get it for your business. You will learn about OneDrives for Business features and the difference between OneDrive and OneDrive for Business. You will learn about sharing your documents through OneDrive.

Next, you will learn about Yammer, you will learn about Yammer been a private social network inside your company. You will learn about what Yammer can offer you company. You will learn about preforming administration tasks in Yammer. You will learn about what yammer requires in order to work. Finally, you will be introduced to Troubleshooting in the Office 365 environment, you will learn where you can look when issues are found/reported. You will learn what causes most issues in Office 365. You will learn about all the troubleshooting tools available, you will learn about what each tool does and which one suit your need best.
