This course looks at the particulars of marketing a service business. It examines how to identify potential marketing opportunities for your service business. It also looks at the key functions of segmenting, targeting and positioning with your potential market space and the use of market research. The course further looks at the consumers of a service, and discusses how to understand their behavior. The development of new services that meet the consumer’s needs are looked at in terms of both the product itself and the service quality.
